Great pod gents. For me Maddison is a fine player and should be one of the first names on the teamsheet but he looks like a player suffering from this managers lack of tactics and gameplan. I think Madisson saw through Anges BS early doors and the relationship has been fraught ever since. I also believe Sonny, while not the player he was is suffering from this coaches inability to help him adapt his game now that he no longer has the legs. Sonny is still a clinicall finisher and a top coach would find a way to make the most of his strengths. All players, no matter what age need coaching and direction but Anges and his staff are completely lacking in this department.

Maddison is another player just like Richarlison & Solanke who nobody apart from us went in for.

He’s a show pony. How’s missing at the first sign of a battle. He, along with the other two I’d have out the door come summer.

"If we're not careful, we might be playing in the Championship next season".

Well if you're someone who was a huge fan of Conte's truth bomb, as you all appear to be, and I certainly am; I can't think of any event which would rub that truth long and hard onto Levy's face than The Mighty Spuds playing in the 2nd division (old money) in a 'big club' stadium. I want to see Levy's anti football business model embarrassed as much as possible. The Championship - if only.

The latest bit of guff I read is that is because of our loss of the Cuti-VDV-Vicar axis we are where we are.

This is the 2nd season running that we’ve lost those 2 defenders for a lengthy period of time. Made worse by the fact of rushing them back. Is this down to Ange’s system?

If it’s not, then as good as they can be, I don’t want players that are made of glass.

If you can operate your life based on fact, objective thinking and intuition you won’t go wrong in life. However, it’s extremely hard to do so.

It’s clear that Levy has finally run out of credible options. He’s been found out. He was in this position back in the summer of 2022. Luckily for him he still had his “phone a friend” in play. Nuno was booted out for Conte thanks to Paratici. And still he would not change his ways.

We will get nothing at Everton tomorrow. We will go out of both domestic cups in the space of 4 days at the beginning of February.

We may just get a little respite in Elfsborg and Leicester at home. I say MAY?

The way I see things in my mind, is that our games are now pointless to me. My club is heading into oblivion.

It was as clear as day in the summer we were going nowhere with this clown in charge.

Retaining Werner announced in late May was the clear sign of our transfer levels. Coventry in late September was a clear sign of just where we were heading.

The residents of the Cul-De-Sac of stupid still dance with the unicorns, and have supper with the fairies at the bottom of the garden, before retiring to bed reading tales from the pen of Hans Christian Andersen.

Bucks Fizz Land of Make Believe is their phones alarm and call ringing tone. Bagpuss is their cat fondly stroked over breakfast before another day begins working in the warehouse of stupid with Bungle and Zippy.

The intellectual playing fields of X and The Sun sate their minds. Occasionally they will get a titbit from the sorcerer of stupid Chris Cowlin on YouTube or another book will come along from the pen of stupid Martin Cloake.

That, ladies and gentlemen is our fanbase.

I’m done.

They roam amongst us all and Levy has them by the umbilical cord

I’d rather have Hans Christian Anderson as manager. He might have the lowdown on some decent young danish players and he could definitely tell Nepo Baby Levy about the story of The Emperors New Clothes.

Spot on. 👏👏👏 - I do feel this cycle that we are in really is the beginning of the end. All jokes and sarcasm aside we are facing 2 options. A significant Jim Ratcliffe style investment and responsibility, or a generation stuck amongst the tumbleweed as Levy simply and finally run out of credibility.

If it wasn’t for the fact that Ipswich and Southampton are just too weak relegation would be a real possibility because the stats and facts don’t lie.

I’ve resigned myself to a decade of mediocrity ES. In my moments of living in fantasy land I see Elon Musk dropping 4B and making Stadium X the epicentre of his entry into UK business.

Forget concerts and Go Karting. He’ll be testing his rockets from N17 - And he’ll make us multiple, serial winners. 🙏

The reason why Daniel is so insufferable, is that he basically doesn't care, it's not really about him 'learning' anything, or needing to. The arrogance of the man is staggering, the fact that he can keep pushing the football operation to the brink like this.

Alienating any people serious within the industry, constantly trying to drive the net-spend down as low as humanly possible and still squeeze into Europe. This man wants all the financial benefits the football club can possibly eke out, with the lowest possible financial commitment.

This has been his MO for the last 25 years basically, via some slick PR and promising a big rosy future that will arrive at some point, that nobody has ever been able to specify.

The man is a liar, a conman and a piss-taker, and he is finding that now that the football industry actually know this, the quarter century scam is even trickier to run.

That's why Ange is at the club. Ange should have at the very most, been given a chance at say a newly promoted side in the Premiership and work up from there. Yet he ends up at Spurs because the ownership have no other option than to take a punt on someone with a clearly insufficient C.V.

Daniel announces that the club are; "looking for investment, to take the football to the next level", has anyone actually taken stock of this statement properly?

What the absolute fuck is this?! This statement was made well over six months ago. If you ACTUALLY WANT an investor because you're too fucking tight to spend anything, then actively fucking GO OUT AND FIND ONE!!

Otherwise it's just another lie, meaningless guff designed to tell the world that you can only provide financial austerity, whilst running the 8th wealthiest club in world football. And the 2nd most profitable sports club in the world.

13th in the league and basically tenants in a 62k multi-events arena saddled with 800m of debt.

You really could NOT make this shit up....

A good thing in this Bournemouth game is that the ref hasn’t been card happy. The match has flowed well and has had some spice too.

With Kinsky’s arrival we now have 2 weeks to offload Forster.I’ve always been an advocate of Dubravka who has performed consistently well when called upon, similar to Neto of Bournemouth. He would have been a better option to Hart or Forster and would have got his games in proper rotation.Same age as Forster too.But what do I know?

Watching Bournemouth. No flash Harry’s just good honest pro’s. Playing open exciting football. Just goes to show what can happen if you actually COACH the players. If I remember correctly their coach lost most of his early games at the time we were on our one (lucky?) winning streak. If Levy was in charge of Bournemouth at that time he would have done what he did to Nuno.

I’d have this bloke in a heartbeat but if he took it I’d question his sanity!

Their pressing actually worked, you could see how they were targeting Guimaraes all game. Especially Christie was effective and they passed the ball to Kluivert in opportune positions, a good finisher. Their game plan was basically the antithesis to Angina ball where everything happens at random.

You cannot cook the books when it comes to the points gained and Ange, the players and the Board are all responsible. We need a different manager, we need to ship out (again)

a whole host of sub standard players and we need, more importantly, a different owner. Considering the last 2 are not that easy to sort, Ange's time is up. I actually don't dislike him, but he hasn't been able to sort the results out.

Levy doesn't want to sack Ange as the attention then draws back to him for yet another mistake. However, Levy will squirm out of it, he always does.

Would Conte have done better than Ange, of course he would, but he wasn't prepared to tough it out. He'd had enough of the selfish players and of Levy. His last squad was ridiculous in terms of a lack of quality. Forster, Dier, Lenglet, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Davies, Richarlison, Sanchez, Royal, Danjuma, Tanganga, Moura and Sarr were just not good enough. Only Romero, Porro, Son, Kane and Kulu had the qualities I wanted at Spurs. Don't get me wrong, I know the deficiencies of Porro, but he can play.

Ange's team v Arsenal had similar deficiencies. I need more time to appraise Kinsky, but his shot stopping has caused me issues v Liverpool and Arsenal. I have more faith in him though than Vicario or Forster. Dragusin, Spence, Sarr, Bissouma, Son, Reguilon, Richarlison, Johnson are not good enough. Maddison is quickly headed to that list.

Romero and VDV are still our best players, and whilst I have been impressed with both Gray and Bergvall, they still have a lot to learn. Moore, Lankshear, Oluesi and Hardy were only on the bench because of injuries. Solanke is a good player, he just isn't a goal scorer, but we have more pressing issues than scoring goals.

Our midfield was woeful under Jose and Conte, and it still is. Hojbjerg and Skipp were not good enough and neither are Biss or Sarr. Sort that and we will improve massively as a team.

Just watched it through, excellent stuff as usual, but sadly all this stuff will fall on deaf ears.As you say Levy has boxed himself into a corner with his imcompetence at running a football club and the options for him have diminished to almost nothing.

As you touched on the subject of Richarlison, this morning,it is alleged that he has told friends that he wants out and is looking to go to Saudi. So there is a tiny shaft of light at the end of the tunnel.
